last candlelight dinner `_
i was not there for you when you needed me the most. looking at the empty wooden seat, sad memories started to flash back slowly, one by one. those were the precious moments that i would cut the bread and glide on sm butter on it for you; the mocktails we shared and tried; the food we ate happily; the chocolate cookie with the candle on and not forgetting, the look of your beautiful eyes and the sound of your sweet laughters ringing in my ears. something was missing when i found your fav spot near the jap koi pond filled with beautiful creatures swimming gracefully about, was untaken when i went back today. my heart started racing as i frantically scanned thru the place for any of your existence. the cutlery and the bottle of Red wine i gave you last xmas were untouched. i asked everyone including our dear heavenly Father, 'Where were you?..'. i even pleaded sliently in prayers just so that you are safe.
emptiness.
where were you?.. where were you? i WAS in NYP lab trying to save my own soul!! i failed assessment. was given another chance next thurs to pass. sis came to pick me up at night for dinner at MosBurger.
(oops. only the intellectual people will understand what i'm writing esp my darlings.) ^_~
