This plan recommends that the board of directors approve borrowing S$80,000.00 from a bank to expand its marketing, hardware assets and logistic needs. Net profit return on investment in three years is estimated at 200 percent for the S$80,000.00 in funding, after pay back.

9 stations with different themes but serve the same objective of providing quality healthcare services will be set up at the lobby of HDB apartment blocks. The location will be different every week but the tour fair will rotate within the vicinity of a town every month. This is to ensure that residents within the town who had missed the previous fair will still have the opportunity to enjoy our services. Besides, residents who had attended our activities could recommend their friends to visit our health fair as they are aware of the schedule of our tour within the town area.
To support our expansion efforts, MP5 will consider using popular media, such as TV, radio, and newspapers to advertise, along with promotional free product samples and coupons in anticipation of rapid growth, MP5 plans to spend at least 10 percent of net sales during the first year.
Mr Roger Loi (our grp leader), founded MP5 in 2005. Prior to starting MP5, Mr Loi has more than 8 years of service experience doing direct retail sales, has accumulated work experience in almost every phase of the business; his hands on experience would definitely be a great asset to the company. He has traveled extensively, sourcing for products and techniques. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and several dialects, and is a matured, motivated leader. Four other valued members of MP5 are namely; Miss Koh Wenxin, Miss Samatha Zhuang, Miss Jessie Huang and Miss Jean Tan. All of them are qualified staff nurses with rich experience and relevant health knowledge that is vital in contributing to the success and growth of the company.
