yes im back. been a while or rather a LONG while that i didnt update this blog.
resumed work last dec. unfortunately, encountered a PRS case which caused me to be in much distress. nevertheless, i've overcame it with the help of my really supportive ward staffs (thanks i heart u ppl!)
been and back from KL just 2 weeks ago with david and belle. it was a short and relaxing trip filled with laughters, gossiping and lots of caffeines!
oh, so I thought that I am going to be an owner of ParkCentral @ AMK last wednesday, got an unexpected call from the developer today after paying 5% deposit which cost 27k! therefore, i am truly sorry that i needed to resort to engage a lawyer to sue you people for double sales!
Me: hi im Mr ytKoh's daughter. im srry, this is really urgent n i ned you advice. we have already paid 5% deposit and signed the 'option to purchase' agreement last week and now, they called and said the unit have been sold earlier on to someone elses and they have forgotten to update in the system!...
(they offered 5rm at the same budget but its at the 10th floor; didnt bother to give us another unit at a discounted rate; even ask us to forget about legal ways as it involves money but hey my lawyer's fees going to be FOC! :P)
Lawyer: (after faxing over the OTP to her office) oh NO they are going to be in deep troubles! i will send you a draft letter and from there, we see if they can offer you a better unit at the same rate if not, i can bring this matter up to the higher authority...
From there, we kept on laughing and laughing at such a thing would ever happened!
i've planned to demand either a 5rm (since there's no more 4rms left) from 18th-22th floor for the same price (normal selling price is min 630k for 5rm) or up to 200k compensation. oops. lols.
